Caramall is a B2B online store which sells groceries, food and appliances to elderly homes. From the client, we had the knowledge that the typical merchandisers were mainly 40 years old or above who would prefer an straight-forward structure with easy-to-read large font sizes for the content. We decided to provide a quick access menu with main product categories clearly sectioned with the use of icons and labels to help users locate the required products quickly. A step-by-step checkout flow that helped to keep filling in forms a easier process. Large images to help users spot the items in a glance. We were able to balance the functional aspects with attractive and effective use of colors and graphics.
